how to Book as a team
Step 1
To proceed with a group booking you will need the:
- First Name,
- Surname,
- Email address
of each person you are booking for. Please note that each individual must have a unique email address
Step 2
On the registration page, make sure to select the correct registration type.
Step 3
Enter the lead contact’s details as normal and proceed to the next page.
Step 4
On the final booking page (registration summary), click the navy ‘Add Group Member’ button.
Step 5
Add each colleague’s details and repeat until your group is complete.
Once added, each individual will receive an email notification, prompting them to provide any additional details, such as dietary requirements.
